Terms and Conditions for Flight Bookings with Us
1. General
We are an IATA-certified travel agent. In partnership with SkyBirdTravel.com, we provide flight booking services to our clients. By requesting us to book flights on your behalf, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our relationship and are supplementary to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or other service provider.
2. Our Role as an Agent
We act solely as an agent for airlines and other third-party travel service providers. We do not operate or control the services of these providers. Therefore, our responsibility is limited to making the booking on your behalf as per your request and communicating the booking details to you. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or delays by the airlines or other third-party providers.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all travelers, including full legal names as they appear on passports or other official identification documents.
Verification: You must carefully review all booking details, including flight times, dates, and traveler names, immediately upon receipt of your itinerary and confirmation. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the correct and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, required for your journey.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment has been received and you have been issued a booking confirmation. The prices quoted are based on current fares and are subject to change by the airlines until the booking is ticketed. Payment must be made in full as per the invoice provided by Us.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
All changes, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the fare rules of the airline. Airlines may charge fees for changes or cancellations, and certain tickets may be non-refundable. Any such fees will be your responsibility. We may also charge an administrative fee for processing changes or cancellations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your travel arrangements, including but not to, lost luggage, flight delays, cancellations, or any other event beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By proceeding with a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
