5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information strictly as needed to deliver our programs and operate our organization:

  • Service Providers & Platforms: Third-party platforms that assist our operations, including SuiteDash (our secure client portal and CRM platform), Google Workspace tools (Forms, Sheets, and Apps Script used for intake and processing), and web hosting providers. These partners process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • In-Country Program Partners: Local ground teams, host families, accommodation providers, transportation companies, and community organizations in our destination countries, to the extent required for logistics and participant safety.

6. Payment Information

Program deposits and tuition fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors like Stripe. MOBT Global does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. All transactions are handled in compliance with applicable PCI-DSS safety standards.

Because our programs take place globally, information collected in connection with an itinerary (such as passport copies, emergency contacts, and health forms) will be accessed by our international staff and trusted ground partners in our host destinations. By applying to or participating in an international program, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your information outside your home country for these operational purposes.

Our website utilizes cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking tools to enhance site navigation, analyze traffic patterns, and improve functionality. For comprehensive details on the cookies we use and how to manage your tracking preferences, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. This includes retaining records to comply with legal, accounting, tax, or health and safety obligations, as well as resolving potential disputes.
