Terms and Conditions
All attendees of the Ed-Connect Summit 2025 Morocco are required to provide proof of travel insurance covering the duration of the event. MOBT Global partners with World Nomads to offer travel insurance options. For more information, please click here.
Ed-Connect Summit fees are non-refundable after the specified deadlines below. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to edconnect@mobtglobal.org.
Refund Deadlines:
- Before or on the Early Bird Rate deadline: 90% refund of program fees
- Between Early Bird and Regular Rate deadlines: 50% refund of program fees
- After the Regular Rate deadline: No refund and no registration transfers
MOBT Global may cancel or reschedule the Ed-Connect Summit for any reason, providing registrants with as much notice as possible. If MOBT Global cancels the event, it will refund 100% of registration fees paid. If the event is rescheduled to a date when a registrant is unable to attend, they may request a 100% refund within 30 days of the reschedule notice; after 30 days, the Cancellations by Registrants policies below apply.
MOBT Global plans to hold the event in person in Morocco. However, should an unforeseen event require moving the event to a virtual setting, registrants agree to participate virtually or may request a prorated refund of any recoverable costs related to the change. MOBT Global will not reimburse travel or lodging expenses outside of what is include in the registration associated with the event.
